Keep in mind that the "Clipping for a Cause" ministry allows me to shop for multiples of each item due to a devoted congregation of people donating their unused coupons! It wouldn't be possible without their help!

As stated in recent posts, all personal hygiene/cleaning items will all be donated to Villa Lodge and Suites in Lawrenceville this month. The residents who occupy this low-income hotel struggle to make their payment each month in order to have a place to live. More often than not, if they are unable to pay it several times, there are no other options for them. I was not aware until recently, but food stamps cannot be used for non-food items. This means, no over-the-counter medications, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, etc!

All non-perishable food items will be benefiting the Southeast Gwinnett Co-op this month.

All cold/freezer items will be benefiting the Quinn House in Lawrenceville. After speaking with Keith earlier this week..he explained to me that he cooks for 40 people a day who would otherwise be homeless if it weren't for the Quinn House. Therefore, he said, there are never too many donations!

  2. Awesome! I wish I could say I was able to buy the Scrubbing Bubble power sprayers but no Publix I have been to has them. All gone! I'll keep looking. But I have plenty of BC potatos and Ronzoni Smart Balance. We need to meet next week for a food drop!
