Best Ways to Donate for Free or Pocket Change: Publix (Starting 1/6)

When I was doing a drop off at a local food bank around the holidays, the volunteers informed me that the bulk of their donations come in between the months of November and December. Due to the increase, they use the extra donated items to carry them through the slower months that follow: January, February and March. If each person set a goal to get even 3-5 extra items during their personal grocery trips, it would make a huge difference. With the use of coupons, many of these items could help needy families for FREE!
