    I wanted to suggest that you go into your Blogspot account, click on the new Design link, and change this blog into a 3-column one. Then click the tab that reads "Monetize" and add Adsense modules. If you want, you can take the money that you get from the Adsense modules, and donate it to the food bank. You do have to get to $100 before it pays out but it will pay out eventually, especially as your blog grows. :)
